Atlanta Track Club Road Mile (May 5, 2023) and Atlanta Track Club All Comer's Meet (May 23, 2023)
These was my first harder intensity runs since my stress fracture in February! I was not allowed to race the road mile yet, so I just ran it at a faster pace, I tried to race the 5k at the All Comers meet as an intro back to training and it was rough. I lost a lot of fitness since injury but I'm sure it'll come back soon!
